This two-phase project consisted of a 20,080 sq. ft. tenant improvement, located on the entire third floor of building C at Zona Rosa. This class A office space was constructed for Citizens Bank and Trust’s new Kansas City headquarter office. The second phase was a ground level complete tenant improvement, retail branch bank for Citizens Bank and Trust.
High end finishes including ceramic tile, vinyl wall coverings, wood paneling, carpet, casework and millwork.
