Ericsson Office Renovation

Ericsson is a multinational networking and telecommunications company with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. This renovation took place on the Sprint Campus. The project consisted of new high-end finishes with numerous conference rooms, offices, phone rooms, mini meeting rooms, break rooms and cubicles. Nearly all of the existing finishes had to be demoed prior to construction of new walls. With 70% of the project being on the fourth floor, this made trash removal and material deliveries very challenging. The project was completed on a very tight time line to meet the owners demands. Working in an occupied building required lots of off-hours and Saturday work to maintain schedule. With roughly 80 floor boxes feeding conference room tables and cubicles, there was an excessive amount of work and coordination required above the occupied spaces below. Due to the sensitive nature of their business, all entries and exits are secured with card reader access, delayed egress panic hardware, and the installation of four separate security portals. Meyer Brothers worked seamlessly with Ericsson’s security and AV vendors through constant communication and coordination to maintain and deliver a secured work space.
