As the general contractor, Meyer Brothers was challenged with a limited budget for constructing the small town public library. The innovative and team-centered management approach resulted in a successful project for everyone.
The design features a wood frame building and a teal seam metal roof, creating a library that was inviting to the public and maintained the budget. There was a unique silo shaped reading room for children and cement board siding.
