Leggett and Platt
Worked with Hunt Midwest underground to construct a home for Leggett and Platt, a company that provides vehicle fit-up and decaling for fleet vehicles. The underground space gave them a climate controlled environment which allows them to not only work on vehicles all year round, but also to store vehicles in a dry environment in the paved secure lot.
The facility includes 3,770 sq. ft. office space, 13,600 sq. ft. parts enclosure, 54,630 sq. ft. manufacturing area, 420,215 sq. ft. paved secure lot and approximately 9.6 acres of fenced vehicle storage lot. This building features fully grouted CMU walls, ten OH doors for production and a loading dock with five openings and airbag dock levelers.
This budget and time-sensitive project came in both under budget and on time.
