Equipment Company, a division of Cogent, Inc., needed more office space, a new shop and greater surface storage capacity for their products.
An existing building was purchased across the street from the Lee Mathews Equipment old facilities. This building was remodeled and the existing rental operation and offices were relocated. The building which formerly housed rental operations and offices was razed and a new office building was constructed.
Finally, the existing shop was relocated to the new facility and the old shop was razed, thereby allowing the existing outside storage area to be doubled in size.
