Corporate Express

This warehouse/office building offered a great opportunity as well as challenges. Due to design changes, one challenge we faced, was that one of the slab’s had to be left out. Accubrace shoring replaced the concrete deadmen. Meyer Brothers was able to utilize theirself perform concrete division to partner with Fleming Building Co. out of Oklahoma to construct the shell structure. The warehouse slabs required a minimum FF50 FL40. The slab was placed in four pours, with the use of two laser screeds and three pumps/pours. All 84 panels were erected in three and a half days. Do to the heavy rain, a crane had to have mud mats placed ahead of tracks on both the east and west sides of the building.
