Excellence in building and design
Building the balance between your needs and your budget.
At Lee’s Summit Subaru we needed to build a showroom, service area, and offices, keeping the square footage around 18,000 SF.
We designed two service bays, a showroom floor (accomadates four vehicles), and office spaces that have direct access to the showroom floor.
Cast-on-site wall panels form the
structure and it is decorated with EIFS
and exterior slate panels.
To handle the high vehicle traffic that dealerships experience, we installed a fly ash parking lot, strengthening it to last 5x’s longer than normal hot-mix asphalt.
