The parts department and maintenance shop is a single-story 10,800 sq. ft. structure constructed of load bearing site-cast tilt-up panels. Interior walls of the shop and parts department are constructed of 8” and 12” CMU walls. The shop consists of twelve service bays, one wash bay, two detailing bays, one body repair bay, one staging bay and one alignment rack bay. The facility has a full parts department with storage mezzanine to better service their customers. The 4,745 sq. ft. sales office and customer waiting area was constructed from cold rolled structural framing.
